What's included
Support hours
Support hours cover access to all areas of our expertise, including consulting, system design, data architecture, development, testing and more.
Any support hours used above your Support Plan allowance are charged at our additional support rate. For larger or one-off projects we recommend adding a Time Pack to your Support Plan.
Unused support hours expire after 3 months.
System data backup
An essential service. All your Podio data is backed up automatically via our Future Solutions AI user profile. Backups include all app and item data, files and attachments, tasks and comments. Deleted data can be restored once it has been included in a backup cycle.
You will receive a login to the backup platform, so you can self-serve and restore. Your Support Plan covers a single Podio organisation; additional organisations can be added for £30 each per month. Time spent on restoration is deducted from your support hours.
System maintenance and optimisation
To keep your systems running smoothly, we monitor, identify, investigate and resolve any issues we detect, and advise you further if required. Time spent is deducted from your support hours.
System error monitoring
We monitor your system for systemic processing errors and, wherever possible, investigate and resolve them on your behalf. Time spent is deducted from your support hours.
Half price meetings
Ad hoc and scheduled meetings are charged at half rate for Support Plan clients, so a 30-minute meeting leads to a 15-minute deduction from your support hours.
The discount does not apply to workshops or active development sessions and is at our discretion.
Momentum meetings
Regular Momentum meetings with your key staff and our team leader keep your projects and systems moving forward, so everyone stays aligned on priorities and informed on progress.
The frequencies shown are our recommendations for each plan: they can be more or less frequent depending on your needs.
Discount on Time Pack purchases
On a qualifying Support Plan you also receive a discount on Time Pack purchases. We send you a coupon code unique to your organisation to enter at checkout. Please contact us if you qualify and do not know your code.
System health report
A detailed inspection of your system with recommendations on optimisations and fixes. Your Support Plan covers a single Podio organisation; additional organisations can be added for £30 each per month. Time spent implementing recommendations is deducted from your support hours.

Time Packs
Bulk support hours that last for 12 months. Great for projects and peaks in development.
Unused Time Pack hours expire after 12 months. Support Plan discounts exclude payment plans. Starter Time Packs are for new clients only, limited to one per organisation.

ProcFu
Podio automation
ProcFu is a collection of hosted scripts that greatly extends Podio Workflow Automation and your Podio account. Our clients get access through our ProcFu account at discounted rates, paying only for the months they use, at the level they use. All automatic and managed for you.
Available to Future Solutions clients with an active Support Plan. Higher levels are available and applied automatically. Visit the ProcFu website.
