Terms & Conditions

 

1. Definitions

  • “Referrer”: You or your company, acting as the party providing a referral to FS.
  • “FS Partner”: A Referrer who has been formally accepted into the Program.
  • “FS”: Future Solutions Online Ltd, UK Company Registration Number 09460297.
  • “The Program”: The Future Solutions Referral Program.
  • “Lead”: A named individual (usually acting on behalf of a registered company) submitted by a Referrer.
  • “Referral”: The act of a Referrer providing FS with the details of a Lead.
  • “Qualified Client”: A Lead that becomes an FS customer and holds either an active Support Plan subscription or an active Time Pack purchase.
  • “Net Service Fees”: Fees charged for service-based work (e.g., consulting, development) after discounts or promotions. Product-based fees (e.g., hosting, software purchases) are excluded.
  • “Reward”: 10% of Net Service Fees billed to a Qualified Client. Product fees are excluded

 

2. Referral Eligibility

  • Referral Validity Period. A Referral remains valid for 12 months from the date it is submitted unless the Lead becomes inactive or unreachable.
  • Existing Contacts. If a Lead is already a Qualified Client or has been in active discussions with FS within the preceding 6 months, FS may decline the Referral.
  • Right to Reject. FS reserves the right to decline any Referral at its sole discretion.

 

3. Reward Conditions

  • One Reward per Qualified Client. Each Qualified Client can generate only one Reward, paid to the Referrer whose Referral FS received first.
  • Reward acknowledgement. FS will confirm a Reward as soon as reasonably possible after a Lead becomes a Qualified Client, typically within one calendar month.
  • Reward payments. Rewards are normally paid quarterly in arrears to a nominated bank account in the Referrer’s name (e.g. Rewards accrued in January-March are normally paid in April)
  • VAT. Rewards exclude UK VAT. UK VAT will be added if the Referrer provides valid UK VAT registration evidence.
  • Conflicts. If multiple Referrers submit the same Lead, only the earliest valid Referral qualifies for Rewards.

 

4. Branding & Conduct

  • Partner branding. Only approved FS Partners may use the FS Partner logo.
  • The logo may be used responsibly to promote the Referrer’s relationship with FS.
  • Misuse of the FS Partner logo, FS branding, or any FS intellectual property may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of any future Rewards.

 

5. Program Changes & Termination

  • Changes to Terms. FS may update these Terms at any time without prior notice and will update this webpage accordingly. Any material changes will be emailed to all active FS Partners.
  • Program termination. FS may end the Program at any time with 30 days’ notice, and will update this webpage accordingly.
  • Post‑termination Rewards. Rewards accrued before termination will still be paid, unless termination results from violation or misuse as defined in these Terms.
