Support hours
Support hours cover access to all areas of our expertise, including consulting, system design, data architecture, development, testing and more.
Any additional support hours used above your Support Plan allowance are charged at our Additional Support Hours rate.
For larger or one-off projects we recommend adding a Time Pack to your Support Plan.
Unused support hours expire after 3 months.
System data backup
An essential service.
All your Podio data will be backed up automatically via our Future Solutions AI user profile. Backups include all app and item data, files and attachments, tasks and comments. Deleted data can be restored/replicated once included in a backup cycle.
You will receive a login to the backup platform, giving you the ability to self-serve and restore.
Support Plan includes cover for a single organisation in Podio. Additional organisations can be added for £30 each per month.
Time spent on restoration is deducted from your inclusive support hours.
System maintenance & optimisation
To keep your systems running smoothly, we will monitor, identify, investigate and resolve any issues we detect, and advise you further if required.
Time spent is deducted from your inclusive support hours.
System error management
We will monitor your system for systemic processing errors. Wherever possible, we will investigate and resolve them on your behalf.
Time spent is deducted from your inclusive support hours.
Half price meetings
Ad-hoc and scheduled meetings are charged at half rate for Support Plan Clients, so a 30-minute meeting will only lead to a 15-minute time deduction. Time spent is deducted from your inclusive support hours.
Discount does not apply to workshop or active development sessions and is at our discretion.
Momentum meetings
We hold regular Momentum meetings with your key staff and our FS Team Leader to ensure that your projects and systems keep moving forward. It ensures that everyone stays aligned on priorities and informed on progress, providing both flexibility and consistency.
Frequencies shown are recommended given the support plans: they can be more or less frequent depending on your preferences and needs.
Discount on Time Pack purchases
If you’re on a qualifying Support Plan, you will also receive a discount on any Time Pack purchases, giving you even better value. We will send you a coupon code unique to your organisation that you enter at checkout to receive your discount. Please contact us if you qualify and do not know what your coupon code is.
For larger or one-off projects we recommend adding a Time Pack to your Support Plan.
System health report
A detailed system health inspection and recommendations on optimisations and fixes.
Support Plan includes cover for a single organisation in Podio. Additional organisations can be added for £20 each per month, or discounted to £10 if bundled with our backup service.
Time spent on implementing recommendations is deducted from your inclusive support hours.
QuivvyTools access
QuivvyTools (QVT) provides advanced comprehensive insight into the structural aspects of your entire Podio platform and Podio Workflow Automations. On qualifying Support Plans, we are able to pass on a significant discount to the list price for full QVT access.

New Podio Builds
We love to help organisations discover the benefits of a holistic Podio platform, and can build it for you from the ground up. We manage this via a waterfall project management process, e.g. starting at pre-build scoping and design, then build, test and release. We are able to work to a fixed budget so you know how much your platform will cost, giving you peace of mind and a known outcome.

Podio Automation
ProcFu is a collection of hosted scripts to make Progress Podio even better. ProcFu greatly enhances the abilities of Podio Workflow Automation and the functionality of your Podio account. We are able to provide our clients with access to our ProcFu account at discounted rates to those publicly available.
