At Future Solutions, as well as helping great organisations like yours and others around the world achieve more, we have been busy behind the scenes working on improving our own systems too. Many of the core processes that we use daily for work management and billing were initially created in 2015: they have done us phenomenally well, and we metaphorically love them dearly. However, we have continued to grow and have more ideas about how to improve them, in order to provide a better experience, increased transparency, and additional control.
In the coming weeks, we will be releasing the FS Hub: your one-stop shop for all things Future Solutions. We will be adding new features regularly, including access to all your projects, support tickets, your billing history, account balances, team management and so on. We would also love to hear from you as to what other features you would like to see there so get your thinking caps on (soon)!
We are introducing monthly Support Plans which give you a package of core products and services at a set rate, including essential system backup, error management, and inclusive support hours. We are also introducing Time Packs. Time Packs allow for improved cost control, as you are able to choose the amount of additional, one off support hours you would like to buy. Time Packs work hand in hand with our Support Plans: think about what your monthly Support Plan needs are, then top up with Time Packs when you have peaks of activity. Support hours never expire for both Support Plans and Time Packs, so you can always match your current and future needs, and secure the best rates for your organisation.
We will periodically review your account and advise you if you could save money by changing your monthly Support Plan and/or your Time Pack purchases.
Due to these exciting new releases, our prices are changing. As of 1st April 2022 our old pricing will no longer be available. A member of our team will get in touch over the coming weeks to confirm which Support Plan and/or Time Packs we recommend given your history.
